Cancelation Policy
Although we hate to see you cancel, we get that sometimes life happens. If you have any further questions or need more details, feel free to contact us at any time by email at contact@springranchcampground.com or by phone at (402) 726-2282
Should you need to reschedule your stay, please contact the lodging manager, Kim Nelson, and (402) 726-2282 as soon as possible. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit, please do so 28 days before the date of your visit to receive a full refund. Processing and transaction fees will not be refunded to your account when you receive your refund. A cancellation of anything within the 28-day period before your visit will result in the charge of the total amount of your reservation.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in a fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or result from a mistake or error.

Aside from giving our guests a unique experience, we strive to provide a safe and fun environment for everyone who visits our property. Please respect Spring Ranch Campground rules and guidelines listed below during your stay.

Payment Policy
To secure your booking, your entire payment is required at the time of booking. Any other charges will be paid at the time of purchase.
Saunas
Spring Ranch Campground offers a Sauna for an additional purchase to our guests. Sauna times must be set up with our management team, and someone will help to get the sauce started and show you how it works. Please do not allow children under the age of 12 in the Sauna, and no children are allowed in the Sauna without parental supervision. Please use caution when using the Sauna if you are pregnant or nursing.
Swimming
Swimming in the pond is allowed. Parents must be present at all times. There is NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. Swim at your own risk. Life jackets are recommended.
Parking
There are designated parking areas near every cabin. Additional parking is located near our entrance. Please do not drive on the farm.
Smoking
There will be a $250 fee charged if a guest or visitor smokes any substance inside any of our structures.
Camp Fires & Cooking
Do not throw anything into a lit fire or do anything to make the fire out of control. This will be cause for immediate expulsion from the property with no refund. We reserve the right to cancel use of propane grills and/or propane fire pits due to weather conditions. Please extinguish all fires by 12 AM or when not attended. Fires can only be started in the steel firepit provided.
Cooking over the campfire is encouraged. We ask when you are finished with the provided grill cooking tools, to put them in the provided plastic container inside the side box of the wagon. NO COOKING OF ANY KIND IS ALLOWED INSIDE YOUR WAGON.
Security
There is no security or lifeguard on duty.
Severe Weather
Each unit has an informational binder that outlines our severe weather procedures and provides a phone number to reach a manager.
Pets
Pets are not allowed anywhere on the property. If a pet is found on the property, we reserve the right to remove anyone from the property who does not respect our no-pet policy. Guests will also be subject to a $300 fine for bringing a pet.
Arrival/Departure Procedures
Arrival can be no earlier than 3:00 PM. Should you need to arrive later than 6:00 PM, please call and alert the lodging manager, Kim Nelson, at (402) 726-2282
Please make sure your wagon or cabin door is closed, AC is turned off and your lantern and keys are inside when you leave. There is a $25 charge for a lost key. Please leave all towels in the shower and throw away all trash when exiting your wagon to the provided trash bins.
A charge will be added to your credit card if your wagon is left with any damages, stains, loss of lantern, or broken furniture or fixtures. Do not move any furniture, please!
Complaint Resolution and Assistance
Please notify us promptly of any problems with your accommodations, as we would like the opportunity to resolve it. Also, notify us of any damage, breakage, or maintenance issues that occur during your stay. Each unit has an informational binder that provides a phone number to reach a manager.
Code of Conduct
A guest must be an adult (18 or older) to rent a cabin and an adult must be present during the entirety of the stay.
Quiet hours are in effect from 11 pm to 7 am.
Parents are responsible for their children, and children must be supervised.
We reserve the right to enter and inspect the cabins at any time. We reserve the right to charge the costs of repairs for damages. We reserve the right to charge additional cleaning costs. Some examples are glitter, confetti, cigarette/cigar butts, and food or trash thrown into the trees.
Liability
Spring Ranch Campground is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. There are no refunds due to discomfort of nature under Nebraska Law there is no liability for an injury to or death of a participant in an agritourism activity. Inherent risks of agritourism activities include.
Among others, risk or injury inherent to land, equipment, and animals as well as the potential for your to act in a neglectful manner that may contribute to your injury or death. You are assuming the risk of participating in this agritourism activity.
